How these fit together

The Terms of Service is the main contract. The Data Processing Agreement hangs off it and covers your code and any personal data inside it; it applies automatically on sign-up, with no separate signature needed.

The Privacy Policy covers only Niro's own records, such as account and billing details — customer code is covered by the DPA instead. The Sub-processors page and Annex 3 of the DPA are the same list, and customers get 30 days' notice before it changes.
